UI/UX Design That Turns Visitors Into Loyal Customers
Great design is not just about looking good — it is about making every interaction feel effortless, intuitive, and enjoyable. Our research-led UI/UX process crafts digital experiences that delight your users, reduce friction, and significantly boost your conversion rates. From wireframes to polished, pixel-perfect interfaces, we do it all.
🎨 Design & Branding · one of 50 servicesWhat is UI/UX design?
UI (User Interface) design is the craft of creating visually appealing, on-brand screens, components, and layouts. UX (User Experience) design is the strategic process of understanding your users' needs, behaviours, and pain points — then designing journeys that guide them naturally towards a goal, whether that is making a purchase, booking a call, or signing up for a service.
The two disciplines are inseparable: a beautiful interface that frustrates users will haemorrhage conversions, while a well-structured journey that looks outdated will destroy trust before anyone even reads your value proposition. We practise both in tandem, using data, psychology, and creativity to deliver interfaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
Whether you need a complete app redesign, a new website interface, a SaaS dashboard, or just a set of landing pages that actually convert, Thind Global has the expertise and the proven process to deliver it on time and on budget — at a price that makes sense for UK SMEs.

Why investing in UX pays for itself
Higher Conversion Rates
Streamlined user journeys, clear calls-to-action, and reduced friction can increase conversion rates by 200–400%. Good UX is quite literally one of the highest-ROI investments a digital business can make.
Increased Retention
Users who enjoy using your product come back. A great experience reduces churn, encourages repeat visits, and builds the kind of loyalty that turns customers into advocates who recommend you to others.
Reduced Development Cost
Catching usability issues at the wireframe stage is dramatically cheaper than fixing them in code after launch. A well-defined design system also speeds up developer handoff and eliminates rework.
Competitive Differentiation
In markets where products are increasingly similar, experience becomes the key differentiator. A superior interface signals quality, professionalism, and care — giving customers a compelling reason to choose you.
Accessibility & Compliance
We design with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards in mind, ensuring your product is usable by everyone and helping you avoid the reputational and legal risks of inaccessible digital products.
Data-Driven Decisions
Our UX process is grounded in real user research and analytics rather than guesswork. Every design decision is justified by evidence, so you can be confident your investment is targeting real improvements.
Our UI/UX design process
Discover & Research
We interview stakeholders, analyse competitors, review analytics, and conduct user research to build a clear picture of your audience's goals, behaviours, and frustrations.
Define & Strategise
Research insights are synthesised into personas, user journey maps, and a clear information architecture. We align on the scope, key user stories, and success metrics before any design work begins.
Wireframe & Structure
We create low-fidelity wireframes to establish layout, navigation, and content hierarchy. These are quick to iterate, allowing us to explore multiple approaches before committing to a direction.
Visual Design
Wireframes are elevated into high-fidelity UI designs with your brand identity, colour system, typography, iconography, and imagery. We deliver screens for all key breakpoints and states.
Prototype & Test
We build an interactive Figma prototype and conduct usability testing with real users. Findings are used to refine and improve the design before it reaches development.
Handoff & Support
Finalised designs are packaged with a component library, style guide, and annotated specs for developers. We remain available throughout development to answer questions and review implementation.
Everything included
Our UI/UX engagements are structured to give you everything you need to move confidently from concept to launch. No vague deliverables — just clear, professional outputs your team and developers can act on immediately.

UI/UX design FAQs
What is the difference between UI and UX design?+
UX (User Experience) design focuses on the overall feel of the product — research, user journeys, wireframes, and ensuring the product is logical and easy to use. UI (User Interface) design focuses on the visual presentation — colours, typography, layouts, icons, and the aesthetic of each screen. Both work together to create a product that is both usable and visually compelling.
Do you design for mobile apps as well as websites?+
Yes — we design for web, iOS, and Android. Whether you need a responsive website, a Progressive Web App, or native mobile app screens, our designers are experienced across all platforms and understand the platform-specific conventions that make products feel at home on each device.
Will you work alongside our existing development team?+
Absolutely. Many of our clients bring us in purely for the design phase, handing off polished Figma files to their in-house or agency developers. We structure our handoff documentation to make implementation as straightforward as possible, and we're always available on a call to walk developers through any design details.
How many design revisions are included?+
Revision rounds are specified per package — Starter includes one round, Growth two, Professional three, and Enterprise unlimited within scope. A revision round means you review our designs and collate all your feedback, which we address in the next iteration. We find this approach much more efficient than ad-hoc back-and-forth.
Do I own the design files after the project?+
Yes — upon final payment, full ownership of all design files transfers to you. You receive the source Figma files, all assets (icons, illustrations, images), and the design system components. You are free to share these with any developer or future agency you work with.
Can you redesign an existing product rather than start from scratch?+
Yes — redesigns are a significant part of our work. We begin by auditing your existing product, identifying the biggest UX pain points and visual inconsistencies, then prioritise improvements that will have the greatest impact on your users and your business metrics. We can redesign in phases to minimise disruption.
