Timescales depend on the package and how quickly you supply content (copy, images, logo). Our Starter package typically takes 7–14 days; Growth around 14–21 days; and Professional or Enterprise projects 3–6 weeks. We provide a clear timeline at kick-off so you always know where things stand.
Do I need to supply my own copy and images?+
For our base packages, yes — you supply the text and images and we handle layout, design, and optimisation. However, we also offer optional copywriting and stock photography add-ons if you'd like us to handle the content end-to-end. Just mention it when you enquire and we'll quote accordingly.
Will I be able to edit the site myself after launch?+
Yes — all Professional and Enterprise packages include a WordPress CMS, giving you a user-friendly dashboard to update text, images, and add new content without touching any code. Starter and Growth sites can be upgraded to WordPress for a small additional fee.
Do you offer hosting as well?+
We don't bundle hosting into our one-time prices, but we can recommend reliable UK-based hosting providers that suit your budget and traffic levels. For Enterprise clients, we can manage hosting setup and liaising with your chosen provider as part of the project.
What if I need more pages than the package allows?+
Additional pages can be added to any package at a cost of £15–£30 per page, depending on complexity. Simply let us know during the briefing stage and we will adjust your quote accordingly — there are no surprise invoices after the fact.
Will my site appear on Google?+
Every site we build includes foundational on-page SEO — clean URL structures, optimised meta titles and descriptions, alt text on images, and Google Analytics plus Search Console setup. Appearing prominently in search results then depends on ongoing SEO work, content, and backlinks, which we offer as a separate monthly service.
