Everything your store needs to thrive
Product Upload & Optimisation
We create, upload and optimise product listings — writing compelling descriptions, adding SEO-friendly titles, sourcing and editing images, configuring variants and ensuring everything is categorised correctly.
Inventory Management
We monitor stock levels, set reorder alerts, update availability across channels and ensure your bestsellers are never out of stock — preventing lost sales and keeping your customers happy.
Order Processing
From order confirmation through to fulfilment and dispatch notification, we manage the entire order flow — coordinating with your warehouse or 3PL to ensure accurate, on-time delivery every time.
Returns Management
We handle your returns process end to end — processing refund requests, authorising returns, updating inventory and keeping customers informed throughout, protecting your review ratings.
Promotional Campaign Setup
Flash sales, discount codes, bundle offers, seasonal promotions — we set up and manage your promotional calendar on-platform, ensuring everything is configured correctly and launched on time.
Customer Service Support
We handle customer enquiries via email, chat and marketplace messaging — resolving queries, managing complaints and escalating complex cases, all within your agreed response time SLAs.
Reporting & Analytics
Monthly performance reports covering sales, conversion rates, average order value, bestsellers, stock turnover and customer metrics — giving you clear visibility of your store's health and growth.
Platform Updates & Maintenance
We keep your store technically healthy — managing theme updates, app installations, payment gateway checks and platform compatibility — so you never have to worry about the technical side.

E-commerce management FAQs
What platforms do you manage?+
We manage stores on Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Magento (Adobe Commerce) and BigCommerce. We also manage marketplace listings on Amazon, eBay and Etsy. If you use a platform not listed here, contact us — we work with most major e-commerce platforms and can typically onboard within two weeks.
How do you get access to my store without risking security?+
We use role-based access control — you add us as a staff member with only the permissions required for our scope of work. We never have access to your financial accounts, domain registrar or hosting control panel unless explicitly needed. We sign a full NDA and data processing agreement before onboarding, and all access is documented and auditable.
Can you handle my customer service as well as store operations?+
Yes — our Growth and Enterprise packages include customer service support via email and live chat. We work from a set of agreed response templates and escalation procedures, ensuring your brand voice is maintained and complex issues are handled appropriately. We can handle customer enquiries, order queries, complaints and returns correspondence.
What does the onboarding process look like?+
Onboarding typically takes 1–2 weeks. We start with a discovery call to understand your business, products and processes. We then request platform access, document your existing workflows and SOPs, set up our project management tools and reporting, and begin a phased handover of tasks. By week two, we are fully operational and managing your store day to day.
How do I know what your team is doing each day?+
All Growth and Enterprise clients get a shared project management workspace (we use ClickUp or Notion, or we can work within your existing tools) where you can see every task, its status and who is responsible. You also receive a monthly performance report, and Growth and Enterprise clients have regular strategy calls. You are never left wondering — full visibility is built into how we work.
