High-impact print collateral that extends your brand beyond the screen. From business cards to exhibition stands, brochures to vehicle livery — we design and prepare print-ready artwork for every medium.
Print remains one of the most powerful tools in a marketer's arsenal. A well-designed brochure, a premium business card or a striking exhibition stand communicates quality and permanence in a way that digital simply cannot replicate. We design print collateral that represents your brand at its very best.
We handle everything from concept through to press-ready artwork — and where required, we manage print production through our network of trusted UK print partners, ensuring quality and competitive pricing. You get a single point of contact from brief to delivery.
Every file we produce is set up correctly for print: correct bleed and crop marks, accurate colour profiles (CMYK where required), high-resolution imagery and proper font embedding. No costly reprints due to avoidable technical errors.
Physical materials engage multiple senses and are processed differently by the brain to digital content. Studies consistently show that print generates higher recall rates and longer engagement times than their digital equivalents.
The feel of a heavy business card, the finish of a silk-laminated brochure, the scale of a well-designed exhibition stand — these physical qualities signal investment and quality in a way that digital content cannot. First impressions count.
In an era of inbox overload and social media saturation, well-executed direct mail and print collateral stands out precisely because the channel is less crowded. Response rates for print direct mail consistently outperform email marketing.
Arriving at a client meeting with polished brochures, a well-designed proposal and premium business cards signals professionalism and preparedness. It sets the tone before a single word is spoken and gives prospects something tangible to keep.
Well-designed exhibition materials turn floor space into a brand experience. A striking stand draws footfall; premium takeaway materials ensure prospects remember your brand long after the show closes.
The most effective marketing integrates print and digital seamlessly — QR codes on print materials driving to landing pages, direct mail triggering retargeting campaigns. We design print that works as part of your broader marketing ecosystem.
We establish the full print specification upfront — dimensions, paper stock, finish (gloss, silk, matt, soft-touch), quantity, binding type and any special finishes (foiling, embossing, spot UV). This ensures the design is conceived for the finished product, not adapted to it afterwards.
We design in the correct programme for the output — InDesign for multi-page documents, Illustrator for single-sided items. Documents are set up with correct dimensions, bleed (typically 3mm), safe zones and CMYK colour mode from the outset.
You review the design as a low-resolution PDF proof. We provide two rounds of amends as standard. For complex multi-page documents such as catalogues, we may stage the review across sections to keep the project on schedule.
Before producing the final artwork, we run a comprehensive pre-press check: image resolution (minimum 300dpi), font embedding, colour profile (CMYK or Pantone where required), bleed, crop marks and overprint settings. We fix any issues before they become print problems.
We produce press-ready PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 files to the exact specification required by your chosen printer. We can also supply files in formats required by specific print providers — we are familiar with the submission requirements of all major UK print suppliers.
If required, we manage the print production process on your behalf — obtaining quotes from our network of UK print partners, managing the submission and proofing process, and co-ordinating delivery. One point of contact from brief to finished goods.
Every print file we produce meets professional pre-press standards. We deliver the exact formats your printer requires, set up correctly so your job runs without issues or unexpected costs.
We are experienced with the submission requirements of all major UK print suppliers including Moo, Instantprint, Solopress, Printed.com, Hobs Reprographics and bespoke commercial printers. If your printer has specific requirements, simply let us know and we will meet them.

Bleed is the area of artwork that extends beyond the finished trim edge of a printed piece — typically 3mm on each side. When a printer cuts a stack of printed sheets, there is a small degree of variance in the cut position. Bleed ensures that if the cut falls slightly outside the intended edge, there is no unprinted white border showing. All our print files are set up with the correct bleed from the outset, so your finished piece always looks clean and professional with no white edges.
RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is the colour model used by screens and digital displays. CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) is the colour model used in commercial printing. Designing in RGB and converting to CMYK at the last moment can result in colours printing differently to how they appeared on screen — particularly with bright blues, oranges and purples. We always design print files natively in CMYK (or Pantone where exact colour matching is required), ensuring what you see in proof is what comes off the press.
Yes. We offer full print management as an optional service. We obtain quotes from our network of trusted UK print suppliers, manage the artwork submission and digital proof approval process, and co-ordinate delivery to your specified address. This is particularly useful for large or complex projects such as exhibition stands, multi-format campaigns or items requiring specialist finishing such as foiling, embossing or spot UV. Print management fees are quoted on a project basis.
Design timelines depend on scope. A business card or single-sided flyer can be turned around in 2–3 working days. A brochure or multi-page catalogue typically takes 7–10 working days. A full print campaign across multiple formats may take 2–4 weeks. We always agree a timeline before starting and can accommodate rush requests where our schedule allows — usually with a rush fee applied. Print production time after artwork approval is additional and depends on the printer and quantity ordered.
Absolutely — this is one of our most common print briefs. We often work with businesses that have existing print materials that are outdated, inconsistent or were not produced to professional standards. We review your current materials, identify what needs refreshing, and redesign everything to a consistent, elevated standard. We always preserve what is working (key messaging, brand recognition) while significantly improving the visual quality and technical accuracy of the output.
A print-ready brand identity gives you the logo files, colour values and typography you need for consistent, high-quality print output every time.
