A brand film typically takes 4–8 weeks from brief through to final delivery, including pre-production planning, the shoot and full post-production. We always agree timelines upfront and build in buffer for revision rounds.
Yes. Our production team is based primarily in London but we film across the UK regularly — Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Edinburgh, Bristol and beyond. For projects outside London, we either travel with our crew or coordinate with trusted local production partners where that is more efficient for the budget. Travel costs for locations outside the M25 are discussed and agreed during quoting.
We can cast and manage talent on your behalf. We work with experienced on-screen presenters, voiceover artists and actors across a range of styles, demographics and budgets. If you prefer to use your own team members or spokespeople on camera, we provide pre-shoot coaching and direction to ensure confident, natural performances. We handle all talent contracts, usage rights and licensing.
Revision rounds are included in every project: typically two rounds for standard projects and three rounds for brand films. A revision round means you watch the edit, compile all feedback into a single document, and we action all reasonable amendments. We do not charge for minor amends within agreed revision rounds. Structural changes requested after the final sign-off may incur additional charges, which is why we spend time getting the script and storyboard right before filming.
We deliver a 4K or HD master file plus all platform-specific versions you need — 16:9 for YouTube and websites, 9:16 for Stories and TikTok, 1:1 for Instagram feed, 4:5 for LinkedIn. All videos are delivered via a shared drive link, typically as H.264 MP4 files optimised for their intended platform. We also include a broadcast-quality ProRes master for archive purposes on larger productions.
Absolutely. Many of our most effective projects are entirely animated — explainer videos, product walkthroughs, data visualisations and brand stories that work brilliantly with motion graphics and voiceover alone. Animation is often more cost-effective than live-action for complex concepts, and removes any logistics around filming locations, talent and shoot days. We produce 2D motion graphics, character animation and mixed-media styles.
You do. Upon receipt of final payment, full intellectual property rights to all footage, edits and final deliverables transfer to you. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio and agency showreel unless otherwise agreed in writing. Raw, unedited footage can be provided upon request — we typically hold it for 60 days after project completion before archiving.
