All Professional and Premium clients get access to a simple request portal where you can submit content changes, attach files and track progress. You can submit a request at any time and we will confirm receipt and schedule the work within one business day. We typically complete content changes within 48 hours of all assets being provided.
We always test plugin updates in a staging environment before applying them to your live site. If an update causes a conflict in staging, we hold it and investigate before deploying. In the rare event that something does go wrong on your live site, we restore from a recent backup immediately and identify a safe path forward — your site is never left broken.

We start with a site audit to understand the build, document the architecture and identify any existing issues before the retainer begins. There is a one-off onboarding fee of £149 for third-party sites to cover this initial audit and documentation work.
