🛠️ Support & Advanced Tech · one of 50 servicesYour website fully covered
Managed hosting is not just about server space — it is about having a technical team actively looking after your website's performance, security and reliability every single day. We monitor uptime, apply security patches, run backups and optimise performance without you having to lift a finger.
We host on enterprise-grade UK and EU infrastructure — AWS and Google Cloud for scalable cloud hosting, and specialist managed WordPress platforms including WP Engine and Kinsta. All sites are delivered through Cloudflare's global CDN for fast load times regardless of where your visitors are located.

Why your website needs active management
Speed That Converts
A one-second delay in page load time reduces conversions by up to 7%. We configure server-level caching, image optimisation and CDN delivery to ensure your site loads in under two seconds for every visitor, every time.
Security You Can Trust
Websites are attacked every day. We apply security hardening, Web Application Firewall rules, malware scanning and immediate threat response — so your site stays clean and your customers' data stays protected.
Backups When You Need Them
Daily automated backups stored off-site mean that even in the worst-case scenario — a hack, a failed update, an accidental deletion — we can restore your website to a clean state within minutes.
Proactive Monitoring
We monitor your site every minute of every day. If your site goes down, we know about it before you do — and we are already working to resolve it before your customers notice or your business suffers.
No More Update Anxiety
WordPress core, plugin and theme updates are a leading cause of site breakage. We test and apply updates in a staging environment before deploying to live — so you get the security benefits without the risk.
A Team On Your Side
When something goes wrong, you need to speak to someone who knows your site. Our support team has full context of your hosting environment and can resolve issues fast — not a generic helpdesk reading from a script.

Hosting & support FAQs
Can you migrate my existing website to your hosting?+
Yes — we handle full website migrations from any hosting provider, including cPanel shared hosting, Kinsta, WP Engine, SiteGround and custom VPS environments. Migrations are performed in a staged manner with zero downtime — your site remains live throughout and we switch DNS only once the new environment is fully tested and confirmed identical to your original.
What does "managed" hosting mean compared to standard hosting?+
Standard hosting gives you server space and leaves you to manage everything yourself. Managed hosting means a technical team actively monitors, maintains and optimises your website's hosting environment — applying updates, resolving issues, running backups and responding to threats on your behalf. You get the performance and security benefits without needing in-house server expertise.
What happens if my site goes down?+
Our monitoring systems check your site every minute. The moment an issue is detected, our on-call technical team is automatically alerted and begins investigating. Business and Enterprise clients have an SLA-backed response time — we will contact you and provide a status update within the agreed response window. In most cases, issues are resolved before you are even aware of them.
Are your servers based in the UK?+
Yes — we host on UK and EU-based server infrastructure (AWS eu-west-2 London and Google Cloud europe-west2 London are our primary regions) to ensure GDPR compliance and optimal load times for UK-based visitors. Enterprise clients can specify their preferred server region. All data is stored and processed within the UK/EU in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
Do you support WooCommerce and Shopify hosting?+
We manage hosting for WooCommerce stores on WordPress (Kinsta, WP Engine or cloud VPS). Shopify is a fully hosted platform, so there is no server hosting to manage for Shopify stores — however, we do offer technical support packages for Shopify that cover theme management, app configuration and technical troubleshooting.
