Brief & Discovery
We start with a detailed creative brief — your brand guidelines, audience, objectives, tone and any existing assets. The stronger the brief, the better the output. We ask the right questions so nothing is left to guesswork.
Concept Development
Our designers develop initial concepts exploring different visual directions. For campaigns and complex projects, we present two or three distinct routes with rationale. For ongoing retainer work, we work to your established brand system from day one.
Design & Refinement
Once a direction is selected, we develop it to full resolution — applying it across all required formats and sizes. You review and provide feedback via our simple revision process. Every project includes two rounds of amends as standard.
Quality Check
Before delivery, every asset goes through an internal quality check — correct brand colours, typography, spacing, file specifications, resolution and any print requirements such as bleed and crop marks.

What file formats will I receive?+
We deliver every asset in all formats required for your use case. For print, you will receive print-ready PDFs with correct bleed and crop marks, plus CMYK colour profiles. For digital use, we provide PNG, JPEG and SVG files optimised for web and social. You will also receive the fully editable source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign) so you are never locked in and can make minor changes in-house if needed. Social media assets are exported to the correct pixel dimensions for every platform.
How many revisions are included?+
All projects include two full rounds of revisions as standard. A revision round means you review the design and provide consolidated feedback, which we then action. This approach keeps projects moving efficiently and produces better results than an open-ended feedback loop. For retainer clients, we operate with unlimited revisions within reason — we are a long-term partner invested in getting things right, not counting amends.
How quickly can you turn designs around?+
Standard project turnaround is 5–10 working days depending on scope and complexity. For urgent requirements, we offer a 48-hour rush service on most design briefs. Design day bookings are delivered on the day. For retainer clients, priority turnaround is included as standard — most briefs are delivered within 2–3 working days. We always agree timelines upfront before starting any project.
Do I need to provide a brand brief or guidelines?+
If you have brand guidelines, great — we will work within them precisely. If you do not have formal guidelines but have existing materials (a logo, colours you use, fonts), that is a perfectly good starting point and we will work from those. If you are starting from scratch with no existing brand, we would recommend our Brand Identity service first, which would then underpin all subsequent graphic design work. We will never produce generic design — everything is tailored to your business and audience.
Can you create animated graphics and video content?+
Yes. We produce animated graphics in GIF and MP4 formats using Adobe After Effects and similar tools. This is particularly popular for social media content, email headers and digital advertising where motion significantly improves engagement rates. Animated content is available as an add-on to any design project or as a standalone brief. Video editing and motion graphics are priced on scope — contact us for a quote.
