We deliver every asset in all formats required for your use case. For print, you will receive print-ready PDFs with correct bleed and crop marks, plus CMYK colour profiles. For digital use, we provide PNG, JPEG and SVG files optimised for web and social. You will also receive the fully editable source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign) so you are never locked in and can make minor changes in-house if needed. Social media assets are exported to the correct pixel dimensions for every platform.
All projects include two full rounds of revisions as standard. A revision round means you review the design and provide consolidated feedback, which we then action. This approach keeps projects moving efficiently and produces better results than an open-ended feedback loop. For retainer clients, we operate with unlimited revisions within reason — we are a long-term partner invested in getting things right, not counting amends.
Standard project turnaround is 5–10 working days depending on scope and complexity. For urgent requirements, we offer a 48-hour rush service on most design briefs. If you have brand guidelines, great — we will work within them precisely. If you do not have formal guidelines but have existing materials (a logo, colours you use, fonts), that is a perfectly good starting point and we will work from those. If you are starting from scratch with no existing brand, we would recommend our Brand Identity service first, which would then underpin all subsequent graphic design work. We will never produce generic design — everything is tailored to your business and audience.
Yes. We produce animated graphics in GIF and MP4 formats using Adobe After Effects and similar tools. This is particularly popular for social media content, email headers and digital advertising where motion significantly improves engagement rates.
