🛠️ Support & Advanced Tech · one of 50 servicesEmail deliverability is not optional
A poorly configured domain and email setup is one of the most common and costly mistakes UK businesses make. Emails landing in spam, no DMARC protection leaving your domain open to spoofing, and a free Gmail address undermining your professional credibility — these are all avoidable problems.
We configure your domain DNS records, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication, implement Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and ensure your emails reach inboxes reliably — building a professional communication infrastructure that protects your brand and your customers.

Everything your domain & email infrastructure needs
Domain Registration & Transfer
We register new domains or transfer existing ones — handling the technical process, ensuring no downtime during transfers and advising on domain strategy, including protecting your brand with relevant TLD variants.
DNS Configuration
Correct DNS configuration is critical — for your website, email, Google Workspace, Stripe, and every other service you connect to your domain. We configure all records accurately, with documentation so you understand what is set up and why.
Google Workspace Setup
Full Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) implementation — account creation, domain verification, user setup, Gmail configuration, Shared Drives, Meet and Calendar. We onboard your whole team and transfer existing emails if needed.
Microsoft 365 Setup
Complete Microsoft 365 Business setup — Exchange Online, Outlook configuration, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive. We configure every user, migrate existing email and set up shared mailboxes, distribution groups and aliases.
SPF, DKIM & DMARC
These three DNS records are the bedrock of email security and deliverability. We configure all three correctly, set DMARC to enforcement mode and monitor reports — protecting your domain from being spoofed and your emails from landing in spam.
Email Deliverability Audit
Already have email set up but suspect issues? We audit your entire email infrastructure — checking SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist status, spam score and sending reputation — and produce a prioritised remediation plan.
Setup process
Audit & Discovery
We review your current domain, DNS and email setup — identifying any existing issues, misconfigured records or deliverability problems before we begin any changes.
Platform Selection
We advise on the right email platform for your business — Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or an alternative — based on your team size, budget, existing tools and working practices.
Account & User Setup
We create your organisation account, set up all user accounts, configure shared mailboxes, aliases and distribution groups — and ensure everyone has access before your old email is decommissioned.
DNS & Authentication Records
We configure all required DNS records — MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, CNAME and TXT — testing each one to confirm correct propagation and authentication.
Migration & Testing
Where required, we migrate existing emails, contacts and calendars to the new platform — testing deliverability end-to-end before switching DNS to ensure a seamless cutover.
Handover & Documentation
We provide full documentation of everything we have set up — DNS records, user accounts, access credentials and how to manage the platform going forward — and offer team training if needed.
Domain & email setup FAQs
What is DMARC and why do I need it?+
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance) is a DNS record that tells email servers what to do when they receive email claiming to be from your domain that fails authentication checks. Without DMARC, anyone can send email that appears to come from your domain — used in phishing and business email compromise attacks. A properly configured DMARC policy set to enforcement (p=quarantine or p=reject) protects your customers and your brand reputation.
Will my emails stop working during the setup?+
No — we sequence DNS changes carefully to ensure continuous email delivery throughout the migration. We set up and fully test the new environment before making any DNS changes, and we time the cutover to minimise any transition window. Most setups are completed with zero email downtime. In the rare event of any interruption, it is measured in minutes, not hours.
Can you migrate our existing emails to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?+
Yes — we migrate emails from most sources including cPanel/WHM, Outlook PST files, another Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenancy, Zoho Mail and other IMAP-compatible services. The migration preserves your folder structure, sent items and emails. We perform the migration before the DNS cutover so you can verify everything is in place before switching over.
Should I choose Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?+
It depends on your team's preferences and existing tools. Google Workspace is typically better for teams that work heavily in browsers and value collaboration features like Google Docs and Sheets. Microsoft 365 is better for teams that rely on desktop Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or are already in a Microsoft ecosystem. We are happy to advise based on your specific situation — we have no preference and will recommend what is genuinely best for you.
My emails are going to spam — can you fix this?+
Yes — deliverability issues are almost always caused by misconfigured or missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, a damaged sending reputation, or being listed on an email blacklist. We audit your full email infrastructure, identify the root cause, fix the underlying DNS issues, request blacklist removals where needed, and monitor your sending reputation to confirm the fix has worked. Our email deliverability audit starts from £149.
